Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
Just get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. No drama, no guilt trips. Drop us a message at support@pawanddisorder.shop and we'll take it from there.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Ordered the wrong size? We know it happens. While we're unable to offer a refund for sizing mistakes, please get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement in the correct size.
But if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
